VI South High Performance Program

BCPFA High Performance Program and Regional Academy is an off-season training opportunity for players interested in developing and enhancing football skills while working with coaches from different programs throughout the province.

The BCPFA identifies several teams each year to represent British Columbia in various competitions and championships. This is referred to as Team BC or the Provincial team.

The Program is divided into two categories:

  • BCPFA Regional Academy, for players born 2010-2011
  • BCPFA High Performance Program, for players born 2005-2009

Only players participating in a regional High Performance Centre (U16, U17, U18 or U19) will be eligible for selection to teams representing the BCPFA such as Team BC. Additional fees apply.

Registration covers the period February 4th to Regional Recruitment game and Team BC tryout if selected.

Conditioning & Position Specific Training

Each practice will include conditioning, position specific training, as well as team training to get ready for the regional recruitment game on March 26 at NDSS. More information to come.

Fitness & Skills Combines

Two fitness and skills combines will be held during the football high performance academy and is included in the fee. Athletes must participate in combines to ensure eligibility to any Team BC program.
